These terms govern your use of MyIslamic.Life — our mobile app, website, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

MyIslamic.Life is a free, ad-free companion app providing prayer times, Qibla direction, Quran reading, du'as, hadith, and other Islamic content. It is offered as-is, without warranty.

Religious content disclaimer

Translations, commentaries, prayer-time calculations, hadith gradings, and any other religious content presented in the Service are provided for educational and devotional purposes. They are not a substitute for guidance from a qualified scholar. We do our best to source content from widely-accepted authorities but cannot guarantee theological correctness in every detail.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the Service, scrape it at scale, or reverse-engineer it.
• Don't impersonate others or misuse any sign-in features.

Accounts

Sign-in is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We use Clerk for authentication; their terms apply to that part of the flow.

Intellectual property

The MyIslamic.Life name, logo, design system, and source code are owned by the project authors. Quranic Arabic text is in the public domain. Translations and recitations are licensed from their respective rightsholders for use in the Service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be posted on this page with the updated date above; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
